Bio
Jaya Lozano is in her second year coaching at Iowa Western for the 2025-26 season.
Lozano has been dancing for 14 years and spent three seasons dancing for the Reivers under Head Coach Mick Patterson, serving as team captain in her final year.
During her time as a student-athlete, she was part of three national championships and made history as a member of the first-ever Iowa Western dance team.
Jaya has taught dance for five years and coached competitive dance for four years at a local studio in Iowa. With a lifelong passion for dance, she is dedicated to helping athletes grow both on and off the floor.
