Reivers fall to Lakers

Wednesday night the #22 Reivers fell to the #2 Iowa Lakes.  Jacob Ruiz at 133 pounds continued his winning streak with a 4-3 decision over Tykwan Joyner.  Ruiz is now 3-0 on the year as a freshmen along with sophomore Tim Barr at 184 pounds.  Barr is currently ranked 7th nationally and won his match against Marcus Placide 9-6.  Freshmen Ethan Poppe won his second straight match with a 7-3 decision over Damon Troxel.

The Reivers will travel to Kearney, NE this weekend for the UNK Open.  Matches will start at 9:00 am and you can follow the results on twitter @ReiverWrestling or through trackwrestling.com.
